A new, strategically important destination with a complete team will be established at the Zurich location in the first quarter of 2026. What are you doing as a Executive Chef (gn) Private Jet Catering concretely
- You will be responsible for the operational and creative management of the exclusive hospitality unit in Zurich.
- You are responsible for designing seasonal menus that take regional producers and the highest quality standards into account.
- You control the entire kitchen logistics and ensure strict compliance with all HACCP guidelines.
- The professional management and motivation of the team of sous chefs and kitchen assistants is part of your core area.
- You are responsible for budget control and efficient and precise cost of goods management.
- You plan and realize tailor-made culinary concepts for exclusive events and top-class receptions.
- You actively promote innovation and establish sustainable standards to reduce waste in the company.
- Discreet and professional interaction with guests and close coordination with the service team are a matter of course for you.
This is you
- You have completed training as a chef EFZ and have further training in business administration or management experience.
- At least eight years of expertise in Michelin gastronomy or the 5-star hotel industry is required.
- You have a sound knowledge of modern European and Swiss cuisine.
- You have a proven track record of managing small teams within a high-end catering environment.
- You are familiar with calculation tools and digital systems for process control.
- You are in possession of a valid class B driving license.
- Fluency in German and a good command of English will enable you to communicate smoothly.
- Your way of working is characterized by a high degree of discretion, resilience and organizational precision.
