What are you doing as a Lobby Service Manager (gn) Luxury Hotel Zurich concretely
- Leadership & host role: You are the responsiblecontact personfor guests and the team in the Lounge & Bar and ensure outstanding, personalized service.
- Operational optimization: You make processes more efficient, adapt the offer to international guest needs and monitor budget compliance.
- Quality assurance: You guarantee the highest standards in service, merchandise management (inventory) and cash register systems.
- Communication & training: You coordinate cooperation with internal and external partners and conduct regular team training sessions.
This is you
- Personality: Organizationally strong, service-oriented and with a strong sense of quality.
- Professional competence: Experience in the gastronomy/F&B sector, ideally in the hotel industry, as well as sound knowledge of merchandise management and cash register systems.
- Languages: Very good knowledge of German and English (at least C1 level).
- Technology: Experienced with common PC applications.
