What are you doing as a Chef de Partie (gn) Gourmet Basel concretely
- Preparation and presentation of dishes at the highest level in the 3-star Michelin restaurant
- Creative co-design and development of new dishes in collaboration with the kitchen team
- Ensuring compliance with the highest quality standards and hygiene regulations
- Use your creativity and sense of taste to continuously improve the culinary offering
- Coordination and guidance of the kitchen team in your area of responsibility
This is you
- Completed vocational training as a cook
- Several years of professional experience in upscale gastronomy, ideally in a Michelin-awarded restaurant
- Strong sense of quality and attention to detail
- Creativity and innovation in the development of new dishes
- Ability to work in a team and strong communication skills in an international environment
- Passion for culinary excellence and commitment to the highest guest standards
