- Several years of experience in a management position in the upscale gastronomy or luxury hotel industry, ideally with a connection to Euro-Asian cuisine.
- Completed training as a chef or comparable qualification.
- Passion for modern, international cuisine and sustainability.
- Strong leadership skills, team spirit and communication skills.
- High resilience, flexibility and very good knowledge of German and English.
