What are you doing as a Sous-chef (gn) Private Bank Casino concretely
- You are the right hand of the Executive Chef and are responsible for the daily implementation of the culinary vision
- Precise execution of mise en place, cooking processes and serving methods at fine dining level
- You help design seasonal menus and daily specials and guarantee consistent quality in taste, technique and appearance
- Mentoring of kitchen assistants for a smooth workflow
- Ordering goods, warehousing and HACCP compliance are in your hands
- Sustainability is not a buzzword: regional producers and waste avoidance are an integral part of your work
This is you
- Completed cook training (EFZ) with additional qualifications
- At least five years of experience in Michelin gastronomy or 5-star hotels
- Sound knowledge of modern European and Swiss cuisine
- Advanced HACCP knowledge and a flair for aesthetics that goes beyond the box
- Experience in luxury hospitality, yachting or aviation is a plus
