What are you doing as a Assistant Restaurant Manager (gn) Sauerland concretely
- Assist the restaurant manager in all areas of the restaurants.
- Ensuring smooth operations during service hours
- Control and compliance with quality standards in the entire service area
- Collaboration in the preparation of duty rosters and monitoring of working hours
- Active participation in the development of new concepts to increase customer satisfaction
- Training and induction of new employees
This is you
- Experience in a similar position in the gourmet restaurant or hotel industry
