What are you doing as a Chef de Cuisine (gn) Baltic Sea concretely
- You are responsible for ensuring high quality standards and coordinating and planning the work processes in the kitchen team
- In addition to managing and instructing employees and trainees, you will also be responsible for preparing and serving food in the à la carte and banquet areas
- You monitor the proper condition of the work area according to HACCP specifications and ensure efficient processing and utilization of the goods entrusted to you
