Our client is an investor who is looking for a culinary director for his hotel in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern. The hotel operates three restaurants, with two kitchens with separate teams. One restaurant was one of Germany’s culinary elite and is to be continued at a high level by the chef. We are looking for an Executive Chef de Cuisine at the earliest opportunity:
What are you doing as a Chef de Cuisine m/f/d Baltic Sea concretely
You will assume culinary and conceptual responsibility for all outlets. From the initial idea, in close coordination with the management, through to implementation, the restaurants bear your signature. You position the restaurants in the local market and give each restaurant its own unique style of cuisine. It is a clear objective to place the hotel at the appropriate culinary level and thus make it known beyond the region.
This is you
- You are passionate about cooking and are characterized by a high level of craftsmanship
- Ideally you come from the region or are familiar with the country and its people
- You are just as familiar with international cuisine as you are with classic and traditional haute cuisine
- “a restaurant is always a joint effort” is your motto
- You can build, inspire and develop your team
- Communication is your strength, both internally and with the press and guests
