What are you doing as a Chef de Partie Dayshift (gn) Palatinate concretely
- Responsibility for receiving and checking goods to ensure food quality
- Implementation and monitoring of mise en place for optimal preparation for daily operations
- Organization and management of warehouse and cold storage, including the optimization of warehousing processes
- Compliance with hygiene and safety standards in the kitchen area
This is you
- Completed training as a chef with experience in kitchen organization
- Strong sense of quality and responsibility
- Experience in the gourmet gastronomy
- Ability to work independently and in a structured manner
- Good knowledge of warehouse management and food handling
