Our client operates a restaurant business directly in Nuremberg. Contemporary and unconventional dishes are the focus here. Two restaurant concepts, gourmet restaurant and bistro, are sent from the new kitchen. The gourmet restaurant is open only in the evening. Already for several years it has a Michelin star. For the bistro is cooked for lunch and dinner. Both restaurants offer modern, fresh and international cuisine. Cooking classes are offered regularly in the corresponding studio. For the excellent gastronomy concept we are looking for a Chef de Partie (gn).
