What are you doing as a Chef de Partie (gn) Palatinate concretely
- Responsibility for the Pâtisserie, Saucier or Poissonnier positions
- Production of high-quality food in compliance with strict hygiene standards
- Organizing and ensuring a smooth process in cooperation with the service team
- Participation in the ongoing training and development of the kitchen team
