Chef Patissier (gn) Moselle
Our client is a restaurant on the Moselle. The house is very well rated in all well-known guides and stands for a constant and straightforward kitchen performance. Seven chefs send from one kitchen the dishes for the gourmet restaurant. Currently, the restaurant is fully booked for weeks. 26 pax. are cooked Wednesday to Sunday evenings. On Sundays, the restaurant also offers lunch service. For our own patisserie we are looking for a Chef Patissier (gn) for the next possible date.
What are you doing as a Chef Patissier (gn) Moselle concretely
- You are interested in fine dining at the highest level, have already worked for a rated restaurant
- You take responsibility for the entire patisserie in both restaurants
- You develop the desserts for both restaurants, leaving the final impression of a menu
- Joint responsibility in the procurement and storage of goods
- Control and compliance with HACCP guidelines

- You are interested in fine dining at the highest level
- Ideally you have already worked as Chef de Partie in a rated restaurant
- You have talent, use this in the sense of the guests
- You follow trends and are a scout in patisserie
- You can realistically assess your skills and have carefully planned your next step
