We are currently looking for a Deputy Manager for the Gourmet Restaurant. Restaurant Management (gn).
What are you doing as a Deputy Restaurant management (gn) Upper Bavaria concretely
- Supporting the maître d’hôtel in organizing and leading the service team in the gourmet restaurant
- Ensuring compliance with service standards and processes
- Promoting guest satisfaction through excellent service and personal advice in the F&B area
- Planning and implementation of special events
- Training and development of service personnel
- Development and implementation of sales strategies and up-selling concepts
- Monitoring the department’s cost budget
This is you
- You have completed training and have professional experience in Michelin-starred gastronomy and ideally have already gained some management experience
- Your host mentality, attention to detail and high service orientation characterize you
- You are fluent in German and have an advanced knowledge of English and are willing to work at weekends and on public holidays
- A training certificate is an advantage
