Walnut Careers is a renowned executive search firm specializing in the recruitment and career planning of professionals in the gourmet gastronomy and luxury hotel industry. We are looking for an experienced Reservations and Events Manager to join our team at an exclusive boutique hotel with an adjoining restaurant and winery. The hotel offers 14 individually furnished rooms and regularly organizes weddings, company celebrations and cultural events.
What are you doing as a Reservation and Event Manager (gn) Black Forest concretely
- Management and optimization of room occupancy and events
- Coordination and consultation with the three F&B outlets and the nearby winery to ensure excellent event execution
- Creative development of attractive packages in conjunction with F&B offers for less frequented days
- Revenue management and maintenance of interfaces to online travel agencies (OTAs), including entries and pricing on the respective portals
- Personnel responsibility for two employees in the office and one employee at the front desk
This is you
- Several years of experience in reservation management or event management, preferably in the luxury hotel industry
- Strong organizational skills and experience in coordinating events
- Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor
- Very good knowledge of German and English, knowledge of French is an advantage
- Confident handling of IT systems, especially booking and cash register systems
