What are you doing as a F&B Manager (gn) Black Forest concretely

  • As Deputy Gastronomic Director, you play a decisive role in the success of our exceptional gastronomy
  • You actively support the entire F&B team in the tasks that arise and promote the continuous development of our gastronomic concepts
  • Analysis and optimization of business processes and adaptation to changing circumstances
  • Recruiting, developing and retaining the best specialists in our industry
  • Taking on administrative tasks, including rostering, managing the cash register system, purchasing, pricing and menu analysis
  • Looking after our guests and ensuring an exceptional guest experience

This is you

  • Completed training in the catering/hotel industry and several years of professional experience, preferably in service or in the kitchen
  • Organizational skills and enjoy working with people
  • Strong teamwork skills and the motivation to actively contribute to our success story
  • Good foreign language skills in English, ideally also in French
  • Confident handling of PCs and restaurant cash register systems
