With 100 rooms and 10 suites, eight pools and a comprehensive range of activities for children of all ages, the hotel offers an incomparable experience for international guests.
What are you doing as a F&B Manager (gn) Black Forest concretely
- As Deputy Gastronomic Director, you play a decisive role in the success of our exceptional gastronomy
- You actively support the entire F&B team in the tasks that arise and promote the continuous development of our gastronomic concepts
- Analysis and optimization of business processes and adaptation to changing circumstances
- Recruiting, developing and retaining the best specialists in our industry
- Taking on administrative tasks, including rostering, managing the cash register system, purchasing, pricing and menu analysis
- Looking after our guests and ensuring an exceptional guest experience
This is you
- Completed training in the catering/hotel industry and several years of professional experience, preferably in service or in the kitchen
- Organizational skills and enjoy working with people
- Strong teamwork skills and the motivation to actively contribute to our success story
- Good foreign language skills in English, ideally also in French
- Confident handling of PCs and restaurant cash register systems
