What does an F&B manager do?
As a F&B Manager, you are responsible for managing the entire food & beverage operation in a hotel, restaurant or resort. You will supervise service, kitchen, and bar staff to ensure all operations are running smoothly. Your main responsibilities will include developing menus, planning and organizing events, monitoring inventory, and ensuring the quality and standard of food and beverages. You will work closely with other departments such as Marketing, Sales and Housekeeping to ensure all processes are seamless.
