What are you doing as a Chef de Partie (gn) Limburg concretely
- Preparation and presentation of dishes in compliance with the highest quality standards
- Active participation in menu planning and development of new dishes
- Management of kitchen stocks and monitoring of kitchen hygiene
- Collaborate with other kitchen members to ensure a consistent and exceptional guest experience
This is you
- Completed training as a cook or comparable qualification
- Experience as a chef de partie in upscale gastronomy
- Creativity and passion for food preparation
- Ability to work under pressure and motivate a team
- Good knowledge of world cuisine and working with seasonal products
