A total of 130 staff members cater to the well-being of guests who cite vacation and relaxation as their main reason for arriving. The kitchen crew sends from two kitchens the a la carte, HP menu as well as Gourmet restaurant. The Gourmet has 45 pax, the second restaurant incl. terrace and bar 80 pax. Exactly for this hotel we are looking for a Chef de Rang with immediate effect.
What are you doing as a Demi Chef de Rang (gn) Sylt concretely
- You work with the Chef de Rang to ensure that everything runs smoothly at your station
- Communication with the guests and the team
- Guidance for the Commis de Rangs and trainees in service
- Serving the food and drinks
- Jointly responsible for the mise en place
