A total of 130 employees take care of the well-being of guests, who cite vacation and relaxation as the main reason for arriving. The gourmet has 45 pax, the second restaurant including terrace and bar 80 pax. The crew uses mainly regional products – although flavors, herbs and spices from the Far East play a major role. This creates the perfect symbiosis of regional-global. To complete the kitchen team we are looking for a Demi Chef de Partie (gn) as soon as possible.
What are you doing as a Demi Chef de Partie (gn) Sylt concretely
- Joint responsibility for the smooth running of your post
- You are responsible for the preparation and preparation of the dishes
