Luxury hotel with 77 rooms and suites. 1000 sqm spa and wellness. The hotel has two restaurants, one of which is a star restaurant. A total of 130 staff members cater to the well-being of guests who cite vacation and relaxation as their main reason for arriving. The kitchen crew sends from two kitchens the a la carte, HP menu as well as Gourmet restaurant. The Gourmet has 45 pax, the second restaurant incl. terrace and bar 80 pax. We are now looking for a restaurant manager (gn) for the gourmet restaurant. The service is relaxed, and the cuisine brings Nordic fusion to the plate.
What are you doing as a Deputy Restaurant management (gn) Sylt concretely
- Management, coordination and leadership of the gourmet restaurant service team
- Exemplary guest care and ensuring first-class service
- Representation of the restaurant and active contact management
- Processing and resolving complaints
- Ensuring a strong host presence throughout the entire service process
This is you
- Successfully completed training and professional experience in upscale gastronomy
- Professional experience in a comparable position
- Reliability, flexibility and organizational talent
- Strategic thinking and a high affinity for numbers
- Excellent knowledge of German and English
- Well-groomed and professional appearance
- Sound knowledge of common hotel-specific software and cash register systems
