What are you doing as a Restaurant Manager (gn) Black Forest concretely

As a restaurant manager, you are the heart of our gastronomic team and play a key role in offering our guests unforgettable culinary experiences. You will lead a team of highly qualified service staff and be responsible for the smooth running of the restaurant area. Your role will include personnel planning, developing team members and ensuring our excellent service and quality standards.

This is you

  • Experience in a management position in the service sector, ideally in the luxury hotel industry or upscale gastronomy
  • Strong hospitality skills and a deep understanding of excellent customer service
  • Ability to lead and develop a diverse team
  • Fluency in German and English; knowledge of French is a plus
  • Understanding of business administration and confidence in working with IT
