Our client is not an ordinary restaurant. It accommodates only 10 guests and is run by a renowned star chef. The menu consists of authentic Japanese sushi and a fine selection of rice wine and sake. The opening hours are Tuesday to Saturday.
What are you doing as a Restaurant Manager (gn) Regensburg concretely
- Lead a small team to ensure smooth operations
- Responsibility for the entire customer experience, from reservation to the end of the meal
- Supervision of the wine and sake offer in collaboration with the sommelier.
- Ensuring compliance with all hygiene regulations and quality standards
- Planning and implementation of trainings for the team
This is you
- Completed training in the hotel or restaurant industry
- Experience in the gourmet gastronomy
- Affinity for Asian cuisine and culture
- Wine and sake knowledge – At least interest in the topic
- Good Team Spirit
- Very good German and English skills
