Culinary delights and entertainment come together. The restaurant is only open in the evening and serves up to 40 pax/seating.
What are you doing as a Sous Chef (gn) Gourmet Paris concretely
- You support the head chef in managing and organizing the kitchen processes and ensure compliance with the high quality and hygiene standards
- You will also be responsible for supervising the preparation and presentation of food as well as training and instructing kitchen staff
- You will also be responsible for stock management, ordering and developing new dishes in collaboration with the head chef
This is you
- You have completed training as a chef and have several years of experience in upscale gastronomy, ideally in gourmet restaurants
- Your passion for culinary delights, creativity and high quality awareness set you apart
- You work independently, are a team player and can work under pressure
- Fluency in French is required; knowledge of English is an advantage
