Our client is a Relais & Châteaux house with about 60 rooms. We are currently looking for a Chef de Rang for the restaurant, which has been awarded a Bib Gourmand. The cuisine is regional-seasonal and convinces with good craftsmanship. The restaurant is cozily furnished to match the half-timbered houses in the area. The service is relaxed and cordial, looking forward to support.
