WHAT ARE YOUR TASKS?

As Demichef de Rang, you now report to the Commis de Rang. You watch your boss de rank ‘s back. You will do this by carrying out daily preparations (mise en place, setting the table, etc.) independently and with the help of the Commis de Rang. In service, you place guests at their tables and make food and wine recommendations. You serve food and drinks, may also carve and flambé at the table. HOW MUCH DOES A DEMICHEF DE RANG EARN?
